Tom Hague of Hive did a great floor plan measurement and diagram job and on our very old and quirky house. He is clearly an experienced professional and knows his craft. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
From start to completion, Tom completed the floor plan and EPC with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. He has an industrious manner and a positive approach. The whole process was stress free, great value for money having both EPC and floor plan booked as one visit. Thank you, Tom.
Amazing service – really patient and helpful. I live a long way away so it has been quite a complicated process, but it was made so easy with the service I received. Could not ask for more
Bruce was very efficient and friendly. Excellent service from start to finish. Very quick response at all times. Very easy and quick to book appointment. Everything explained on site. Would highly recommended to others
Had a representative of this company booked in to my property today to draw up floor plans and conduct and generate an Energy Performance Certificate. The technician removed his shoes prior to entering the building and proceeded straight away to carry out full and detailed measurements in all rooms in the home. I has no input at all and the result was a detailed plan including the size of the total floor area. The survey was then carried out to input information on a range of measures for evaluating the efficiency of the building which gave a rating for my property. Overall I was well impressed with the work carried out , the explanation on the results were generated and any suggested improvements. In summary extremely professional and highly recommend this company.
Booked in to do our floor plan very quickly and was able to do in the morning which was super helpful. Arrived on time and did a great job, showed us the end result which we were very happy with. Really friendly and overall great company to use!
