How much does an EPC cost in Kent?
It depends on the size and type of property, and whether you want a floor plan too. Tell us a little about the home using the quote form and we will come back to you with a fixed price – in office hours, usually within minutes.
How long does an EPC assessment take?
It depends on the size of the home – a visit can take up to two hours. We lodge the certificate on the national register the same day.
How long is an EPC valid for?
An EPC is valid for 10 years. If you have made improvements since your last one, a new EPC may give a better rating.
Do I need an EPC to sell or rent my home?
Yes. You need a valid EPC before marketing a home for sale or rent in England, and rented homes must currently meet at least Band E.
